Common Questions and Answers about our Candles
Do the candles burn as intensely as the photos show?
Nope! The candle flames in the photos and product videos are exaggerated for marketing purposes, the actual candle flam isn’t as intense and results in a 3-4 hour burn time. The wicks used here are more intense but the actually product wick is a cotton braided blend to have more of a low slow burn.
When will I get my candle?
The ones we currently have in stock are made to order! They are typically take 5-7 business days once ordered!
Can I return or exchange my candle?
Due to the nature of this product being a pre-order and not being stocked in the shop, we will not be doing returns. That being said please read the descriptions carefully, we list all the scents and even the vibe they give off. We had over a dozen people smell them and provide feedback to help give the most accurate information to make purchasing stress free!
