Moon Mail Club Questions
Wasn’t this previously on your patreon?
Yes, we actually had this up on our patreon for two years! But we always felt like patreon was a bit of a middle man that stopped some people that just wanted to access our monthly rewards without having to jump through hopes of making a patreon account. Plus we had to charge a bit more to use the platform so us stopping it makes it so yall can get access to our Monthly Moon Mail Club for less! So after a few very caffeinated inspired weekends we figured out how to put it on the shop!That being said this will no longer be available on our patreon and can only be purchased here through our shop.
When is the Moon Mail Sent out?
Moon Mail rewards will be sent out the first of every month. For example: If you subscribe at any time during January, you’re moon mail will be sent out Monday, February 1st
How Does Shipping Work?
Campcounselor mothman is doing his best to get all orders out in a timely fashion, so here is a handy guide to how shipping works!Moon Mail Club is sent via USPS First Class Mail. Tracking is not included, but we do everything we can to package them carefully so they arrive safely. Shipping is included in your subscription price for U.S. orders.
Please allow 5–7 days from the shipping date for delivery. If your moon mail has not arrived after this window, please email us at aloreing@gmail.com.
International Shipping
To keep help shipping costs low, International Moon Mail Club orders are sent via USPS untracked letter mail using a Global Forever stamp. International shipping is about $1.70 USD. The amount shown at checkout may vary slightly due to currency conversion.
Orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipping, but depending on your country’s postal service and customs processing, delivery may take up to 8 weeks or longer.

Where do you ship to?

Candles + Prints + Stickers
When will I get my Candle/stickers/prints/plushie?
We only ship these within the USA at the moment and they typically take 5-7 Business days once the order is placed!
Do the candles burn as intensely as the photos show?
Nope! The candle flames in the photos and product videos are exaggerated for marketing purposes, the actual candle flam isn’t as intense and results in a 3-4 hour burn time. The wicks used here are more intense but the actually product wick is a cotton braided blend to have more of a low slow burn.
Can I return or exchange my candle?
Due to the nature of this product being a pre-order and not being stocked in the shop, we will not be doing returns. That being said please read the descriptions carefully, we list all the scents and even the vibe they give off. We had over a dozen people smell them and provide feedback to help give the most accurate information to make purchasing stress free! If you have any other questions for us, please email us at aloreing@gmail.com with the subject “Candle Questions” and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange my print/sticker?
We do not do returns, BUT sometimes we have issues with our cricut when cutting stickers. That being said if you get a falty sticker please send a photo of it to our email aloreingnetwork@gmail.com with the title “Sticker Reorder” and we will send you a proper one – no charge!

Delivery
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control
and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so
please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [insert your support email here] with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.
Orders
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on
where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How can I get a discount on my products?
The Aloreing Shop is a means to help support podcasts on the Aloreing Network. When you purchase merch from the shop it’s going directly to the indie podcasts you are supporting!
That being said, some podcasts will offer promotional discounts on their social media channels or on their patrons for support. Make sure to check out the following podcast pages to see how you can support the show and get discounts for the shop!

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about
your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at aloreingnetwork@gmail.com
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email us at aloreingnetwork@gmail.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll
get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Product Care
How should I care for my shirt?
For a long lifespan, we recommend machine washing shirts in cold water, inside-out, and line drying. If you’re feeling rebellious you can dry them, but they may shrink a tiny bit.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let
us know by contacting us at aloreingnetwork@gmail.com!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at aloreingnetwork@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing chart page.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at aloreingnetwork@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!
